A Snapshot of the Real Estate Market in Morrisville, NC

To help you better understand the local real estate for single family homes in Morrisville, we are sharing some of our notes of homes we reviewed.

I had inherited a rental and I was at the end of the rope with the tenants living there during this covid19 eviction moratorium. They refused to pay and I was losing money every month in mortgage payments, which I had to pay. It became so frustrating that I decided to call Painless Home Buying. They came out immediately, made an offer, and we closed within 15 days, exceeding my expectations. They are a great group to work with, and I highly recommend them!
